Microalgae hydrolysates to replace animal serum in media for cellular aquaculture
Description Microalgae hydrolysates, a cost-effective source of nutrients, will be assessed for their capacity to sustain fish cell growth toward animal serum replacement in culture medium. To promote a circular economy, the growth of microalgae on spent cell medium will also be tested.
