PREMIUMALGAE aims to develop new processes for valorising supernatants and biorefinery, resulting in innovative and unique functional ingredients that can be applied efficiently and in a sustainable manner in the nutraceutical, cosmetic and aquaculture industries.
The project envisages the development of:

Two new products rich in fucoxanthin (FX) or phycoerythrin (FE);

Two new products rich in exopolysaccharides (EPS) or extracellular vesicles (EV).
